No formal Alibaba announcement page, technical report, or model card found - announcement_url left null like 2.5/2.6. Closed, API/platform-only (invitation/preview at beta); no 3.0 weights on HF/GitHub/ModelScope. Video output only despite multimodal inputs - unlike 2.5-2.7 there is no confirmed image generation or companion Wan3.0-Image model, so it stays off the image timeline.
