DittoDub Launches New Native 6 AI Dubbing Model With Support for Over 100 Languages

DittoDub Launches New Native 6 AI Dubbing Model With Support for Over 100 Languages

DittoDub has launched Native 6 as its new default AI dubbing model, expanding its language support to 109 languages with 126 dialect options. The update represents a meaningful step up in breadth for the platform, which targets creators and video teams looking to reach audiences across multiple regions without rebuilding content from scratch.

The core design goal of Native 6 is fidelity to the original speaker - not just in word meaning, but in delivery. According to CEO and co-founder Nate Stone, the model is built around the idea that a creator's personality, including timing, tone, and humor, should carry over when a video moves into a new language. That kind of expressiveness has historically been one of the harder problems in AI dubbing, where outputs can sound flat or disconnected from the source performance.

The workflow remains straightforward: users upload a video, select target languages, then review and edit both the translated text and dubbed vocals before publishing. Native 6 also handles multi-speaker videos and produces synchronized dubbed audio alongside subtitles and translated titles and descriptions. For YouTube creators specifically, a YouTube Sync extension allows these assets to be pushed directly into YouTube Studio, cutting down on the manual steps involved in localization at scale.

DittoDub operates on a monthly subscription model, with entry-level plans starting at around $50 per month. Native 6 is available now as the platform default for all new video uploads. As AI dubbing tools continue to mature, the competitive pressure is pushing providers to differentiate on voice quality and naturalness rather than language count alone - and Native 6 appears to be DittoDub's answer to that shift.

Her AI-Generated Video Swayed the Judge. The Court Said it Carried 'Undue Emotional Weight'

An AI-generated video of a murder victim was used as a victim impact statement in an Arizona court, with the deceased man's sister creating an avatar to speak in his place. While the judge was visibly moved by the presentation, an appeals court later found that the video carried "undue emotional weight" - raising serious questions about the role of generative AI in legal proceedings.
